Winning Through Innovation
Winning Through Innovation - 16th March 2010
In its broadest sense, innovation is about "the successful exploitation of ideas". Innovation means constantly trying to see your business in a new light. Some people think it means introducing new technologies or processes. Some think it means commissioning research. Some think it means developing new products or services.
To be successful it may mean any or all of these, but it should also mean thinking afresh about your business, your staff, its customers, its markets, its methods and its business model.
Innovation is not the preserve of high-technology companies or high-volume manufacturing businesses. Any business - any organisation - can benefit from injecting a culture of innovation into what it does.
This event will drive the discussion on using innovation to develop, grow and energise your business and help you to take a new exciting direction for 2010.
